In our June edition, we welcome HTQ’s new Board Chair and thank our current Chair for their leadership and commitment. We share insights from HTQ’s new Interim Executive Director, celebrate the inaugural cohort of our new Mentorship and Training Program, and encourage abstract submissions and sponsorships for the Implementation Science Health Conference Australia 2026, this year co-presented by HTQ and the Tropical Australian Academic Health Centre (TAAHC).
On a national level, we mark the launch of the inaugural National Health and Medical Research Strategy 2026-2036 as well as the new national Statement on Consumer and Community Involvement in Health and Medical Research, and reflect on the Federal Budget implications for the health and medical research sector.
