Are you looking for tips on intellectual property (IP) ownership?
There are a number of decisions relating to IP when using research contracts, such as the HTQ Research Passport Agreement and the Multi-Jurisdictional Multi-Party Non-Clinical Trial Collaborative Research Agreement.
This online session will be of interest to anyone looking for tips on being IP ready.
Alex Stewart, Senior Legal Counsel, Office of Research Services at Queensland University of Technology and Dr Karen Mongey, Registered Patent and Trademark Attorney and IP Manager at CSIRO will present tips and tricks on registered IP rights, ownership and licensing, copyright, data, authorship and patents.
This event is the first of 3 sessions in our Spring Seminar Series focused on IP and commercialisation. You can register early for Session 2 and Session 3. Further details on these upcoming sessions will follow shortly.
Date: Thursday 24 August 2023
Time: 11:30-12:30 (AEST-QLD)
